Day 16





Weight- 322lbs

Wow I am sore from yesterdays work out I feel it in my triceps, biceps, chest, not really in my back though. I usually only get sore the first week I start lifting after not lifting for awhile, which means my work out yesterday was really good.

This morning I hit the stair mill pretty hard I didn't really have the mental struggle I usually have with myself wanting to quit. It was still hard but today I was more determined then whiny about it I guess. Tomorrow will be my lone leg workout for the week so I have to make it count.
