Day 15




Weight-327lbs
Today was one of my better upper body workouts I upped my weights on some of my lifts because Jon was there to spot me. It was nice I like really pushing it. My weight jumped up 9 pounds from Saturday which is fine I am sure most of it is water weight, and what's not water weight I am sure is muscle... wink wink. Tomorrow morning I have a date with a stair mill.
