Week 2 day 5

So... last day of the "week" Week two went pretty well but I think starting next week I am going to crack down a little harder. I woke up this morning had 3 eggs 3 slices of turkey bacon and a piece of toast. Before I went to class I had a Protein shake consisting of frozen strawberry's Apple Juice a banana and some vanilla protein. I went to class at noon, I couldn't stand it we spent the first two hours going over dates and times for assignments what a waste. So I left at the break came home and ate a Chicken breast and rice. Then I went to the gym.

Leg Ext.- 110lbs- 10reps, 120lbs- 10reps, 140lbs- 10reps
Leg Curls-100lbs- 10reps, 120lbs- 10reps, 130lbs- 10reps
Dumbbell fly's- 30lbs- 10reps, 40lbs- 10reps, 45lbs- 10reps
Narrow grip pulldowns- 100lbs- 10reps, 120lbs- 10reps, 140lbs- 10 reps
Shoulder Press Machine- 110lbs- 10reps, 120lbs- 10reps, 130lbs- 7reps
Reverse grip curls-45lbs- 10reps, 55lbs- 10reps, 60lbs- 6reps
Assisted Machine dips- -120lbs- 10reps, -110lbs- 7reps, -100lbs- 10reps
Standing Claves- 210lbs- 15reps, 260lbs- 10reps, 300lbs- 10reps

I got home frome the gym drank a scoop of protein with water straight. My buddy Bryan called me up and wanted to grab something to eat. So we went to a local bar, I had the Alaskan Salmon with rice and a side salad. Then we went out and a couple of drinks (Bacardi and diet). Tomorow/This morning is my day off so I will probably not post again till Monday. Untill then...
