Week 2 day 1

Weight- 331lbs

Well I haven't posted much this weekend because I have been pretty busy with a test in psychology and a crazy Creighton Basketball game. Long and short of it is Friday of last week I worked out after class to make up for not working out on Thursday I don't have my sheet from last week so I wont be posting any of that, but I bet you can guess what I ate. Saturday was a day off for me, and Sunday I ate right but didn't work out.

Now for today! Well for the official first day of week 2 I didn't start out that great but I am making up for it as the day goes on. I woke up late this morning and didn't have time to make a real breakfast, so I grabbed this horrible for you Cinnamon roll out of the vending machine at work. For lunch I had a grilled chicken salad. Around 3 I drank a whey protein shake, and when I got home from work I had a chicken breast sandwich on wheat.

I went to the gym around 8 and here is what I did...

Leg extension- 140lbs- 10reps, 160lbs- 10reps, 180lbs- 10reps
Leg Curl-100lbs- 10reps, 110lbs-10reps, 120lbs- 10reps
Bench Press-135lbs- 10reps, 165lbs-10reps, 175lbs- 10reps
Dumbbell rows- 30lbs- 10reps, 40- 10lbs, 50lbs- 10 reps
Dumbbell shoulder press-47lbs- 10reps, 50lbs- 10reps, 57lbs- 5reps
Hammer Curls- 25lbs- 10reps, 30lbs- 9 reps, 32lbs- 5reps
Seated overhead ext- 60lbs- 10, 70lbs- 6reps, 50lbs 9reps
Seated Calves- 125lbs- 15reps, 170lbs-10reps, 205lbs- 10reps
Ab Roller- 25reps, 21reps, 17reps

The gym started off pretty good with my bench press then leg ext and leg curls. Doing shoulder press today killed the rest of my work out. First set went just fine second set went ok. Then I tried to jump up to 57lbs and I couldn't do it which is fine, but I pushed it pretty hard and didn't seem to have enough for the third set of my arm exercises. Oh well good workout either way.

When I got home I mixed a banana with OJ and some vanilla protein and drank that while I was typing this. I am going to eat a Chicken breast and some rice in about a half hour or 45 minutes and then go to bed an hour after that. Now hopefully I can get up early enough to make a real breakfast for tomorrow!
