Day 57

Today was all about getting back on track with a renewed focus on my workouts and journaling. I ate really well today and have begun to integrate some EFL recipes to spice things up a bit. The EFL egg casserole will really help me save time because I can make one pan last for 4 mornings so it takes a lot of evening prep workout of the equation for me. My workout was the best so far. I really focused on slowing down my reps especially on the negative end. I hit 10's on all 5 of my workouts for the first time ever. What a way to start the week! I am very excited for the last 4 weeks and seeing the final results. Right now I am definitely in a grove as far as eating and working out it is really starting to become habit.

Hey, you're doing great. I enjoyed your journaling for Easter. Glad you enjoyed your Easter basket. Thought that might be more fitting this year! Was sorry to miss our egg hunt though.
